The mission of 4 Paws for Ability at XU is to train and socialize service dogs, plan and engage in opportunities to raise funds, educate the public about service animals and the services they provide, assist with animal rescue facilities when possible and allow students to gain lifelong friends who share the same passion for helping others. Through events, we hope to spark your animal-loving side and encourage the student community to foster a service dog.
*Foster is not required to be a member of the club! If fostering is not feasible, join the club anyway!*

The purpose of this organization shall be Anime Club (AC) would like to support the Jesuit Mission of Xavier by cultivating diversity among peers through the different mediums of animation from all over the globe. Animation is considered a cultural force and AC wants to bring it to campus for all Xavier students to enjoy and be a part of. The Arrupe Leaders are named in honor of Fr. Pedro Arrupe and his prayer that inspires us to "fall in love." The Arrupe Leaders program takes this idea of "falling in love" and seeks to help students understand the idea of vocation; the combination of values/interests, skills, and world need. The outstanding graduating seniors invited to be Arrupe Leaders have shown us what is means to fall in love through their consistently high-engagement with the campus community so this program aims to give them the opportunity to understand how that can impact their lives beyond Xavier. The program will be centered on the three themes to vocation and include a culminating legacy (capstone) project.

Bird Watching Club is for any Xavier student wanting to observe, explore, and find the birds surrounding the greater Cincinnati area. Bird Watching Club's purpose is to educate students about the birds of the greater Cincinnati area. Participants will become accustom to the sights and sounds of the birds, all while experiencing various terrestrial biomes around Xavier. Towards the end of the academic year, participants will be encouraged to attend the annual birdathon, an event in which competitors seek to identify as many birds as possible in the Cincinnati area in a period of 24 hours.
