*** To register for all group fitness classes, you must be a member of the group fitness group page on EngageXU and have filled out a waiver. The group is FREE to join and open to all students. Please search "Recreational Sports Group Fitness" and join the group/fill out the waiver to register for this class. This only needs to be completed once and you will then be eligible to register for all future group fitness classes*** This mat-based class is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates works to strengthen the full body but focuses on using the core as the foundation for all movement.
