*** To register for all group fitness classes, you must be a member of the group fitness group page on EngageXU and have filled out a waiver. The group is FREE to join and open to all students. Please search "Recreational Sports Group Fitness" and join the group/fill out the waiver to register for this class. This only needs to be completed once and you will then be eligible to register for all future group fitness classes*** Just like the name, yogalates is a combination class of yoga and pilates! Join instructor Annemarie for a class filled with classic yoga flows/poses with a twist of pilates strength training. This class focuses on flexibility, strength building, and mindfulness creating an amazing place to relax your mind and tone your body! Come join us for some chill music and a good sweat to start your week!
